1. Site Publisher

ℹ️ Legal continuity — This site and its services, formerly published under the commercial name HorizonTrading, are now published under the commercial name Sextant as of 28 April 2026. The legal publisher remains unchanged (Sami Hannai, SIRET 980 723 613 00017). This change is a simple commercial-name update: all contractual commitments, ongoing subscriptions, user data and legal obligations remain fully preserved.

⚠️ Important: Sextant is not regulated as an investment services provider. We are neither an Investment Services Provider (PSI) nor a Financial Investment Advisor (CIF). We offer educational training and an automated trading software tool that you use entirely at your own responsibility.

2. Hosting

Payment data: Payments are securely processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA).

3. Purpose of the Site

The Sextant site provides:

• Online training in market finance and algorithmic trading via Sextant Academy
• An automated trading software tool called Sextant Bot
• Educational content, analysis and resources on financial markets
• A community space to discuss trading and finance

4. Access Conditions

Access to the site and its use are reserved for strictly personal use. You agree not to use this site or the information or data it contains for commercial, political, advertising or any form of commercial solicitation, in particular the sending of unsolicited emails.

Registration: Access to paid services requires creating a user account and accepting the Terms of Sale.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sextant site (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Sextant or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the publisher, is strictly prohibited.

The fact that Sextant does not initiate proceedings upon becoming aware of such unauthorized uses does not constitute acceptance of those uses or a waiver of the right to pursue them.

5.1. Trademarks

The trademarks Sextant, Sextant Bot, Sextant Academy as well as the associated logos and visual identity are registered or pending-registration trademarks. Any use without express authorization is prohibited.

5.2. User-Generated Content

By publishing content on our community spaces (Discord, forums, comments), you grant Sextant a non-exclusive, worldwide, free and perpetual license to use, reproduce and display this content as part of the promotion of our services.

6. Liability

6.1. Site Content

Sextant strives to ensure to the best of its ability the accuracy and updating of the information published on this site. However, Sextant cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available.

Consequently, Sextant declines all responsibility for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the site.
